We are not a one-size-fits-all review site, there’s enough of those out there already that will eat into your time, patience and trust. We founded Buyer Insight to address these issues. Buyer Insight bridges the gap between customers and vendors who want to do business with you, and who you want to do business with.

We found that people wanted meaningful reviews, but specific to their unique situation, so we show you customized reviews and recommendations from other buyers. You can specify which buyers are the most relevant your situation and question them  directly. It is as close as you can come to getting a recommendation from a friend who has just bought the same product you need for the same purpose.

We know it’s easier to communicate with real people, so our team connect with you directly and set you up with the right contact at a selection of vendors and manufacturers. We call this individualized buyer advocacy and we believe that this is the standard of pre and post-sales customer support of the future.
